These terms govern your use of Farflung ("the game"), a free, offline party game for iOS. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Farflung for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
Farflung contains no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions. It has no virtual currency and nothing to buy, sell, or trade. Profiles, stats, and history exist only within the app, carry no real-world value, and may be reset if you clear your data or delete the app.
Please do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, modify, or redistribute the app, and do not attempt to use it for any purpose other than personal play. The game is intended for friendly, in-person group play.
The game and all of its content — its name, artwork, text, and code — belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Farflung is a family-friendly game suitable for general audiences and can be enjoyed by players of all ages.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
